(Our) Denouement is a comic anthology focused on the relationship between Tighnari & Cyno and how their paths come together. It will be a SFW printed & digital book with an addition of merch.Project Coordinator
This project is run by me: Ella (@sunowls). I have experience running zines and projects like this both in teams and on my own.This is a smaller project with a limited number of contributors so this will be run solely by myself with a couple of volunteers & consultants to help behind the scenes in things like shipping, accounting, etc.Project title by @obeisancess on twitter.TIMELINE

GENERALWhat's an anthology?
An anthology is a collection of works by different authors. In this case, it will be short stories in comic format focused on cynonari.What's the theme?
The main focus is Cynonari and their relationship. This volume will explore their relationship in different aspects. Which aspects? That's for the artists to decide.Is there a NSFW side zine?
Not at this moment. Yes.Is it romantic/platonic focused?
It's both. I'd like to explore their relationship and dynamic in many different ways. Content creators have full freedom deciding this and which type of relationship they would like to explore in their pieces.Why only one mod? Are you sure?
This is a small self-indulgent project. It's not the first time I manage one and it won't be the last. However, do not apply if this is something you are uncomfortable with, I completely understand!Is it for profit?
Yes, it's for profit. A portion of it will be used to cover for production and bundles to all contributors. Any funds remaining after taxes and other fees applicable will be distributed among contributors.✳ ✳ ✳APPLICATIONSHow many artists will you be accepting?
About 10 contributors for the anthology, 10 for the NSFW side zine & 5 merch artists.Can I apply to all positions?
Yes, but you will only be accepted to one.Will you accept writers?
I will accept writers as part of a duo. If a writer pairs up with an artist and both of them apply together, yes. Since the final product for this are comics an artist is needed to apply.I'm a writer but I don't know any artists, can you pair me up with someone?
No. This is a team that will work together for a long time and I prefer for this instance that is a team that knows they can work together before joining the project.Do you have more question about how to apply and include in your application? All contributors must be 18+ at the time of applying.
APPLICATIONAnthology Artists
Submit at least 3 pieces of art. One of these has to be a comic. I would like to see how you work on the story flow through different panels and pages. There's no requirement for length or fandom as long as it is a comic, it doesn't have to be finished either but the story must be clear (for example: lineart and dialogue present but not rendered).Please make sure that at least one of the other two pieces is Genshin and/or Cynonari related.NSFW is allowed for applications, if you feel it's something to be tagged/warned please add so in your application form.Merch Artist
Please submit at least 3 samples of art that supports the type of merch you'd like to create the most. For example, chibis if you'd like to focus of charms and emotes, full rendered art for prints, and so on.Previous merch experience is not necessary, I'm here to help you with that.Duos
If you are applying as a duo, there will be an option at the end of the form to submit your partner profile.
Writers should submit their writing portfolio with a maximum of 3 works.Bonus points if you have worked on something together before, link it in the form.Please submit your portfolios as Google Drive, Artstation, Carrd, or any website that's easy and clear to follow. Please don't make me scroll through thousand of posts and expect me to see the ones you want.✳ ✳ ✳EXPECTATIONSComic artists will be given 20 pages to work. They have liberty on how you want to use the pages: single page stories, multiple short stories, a long one, etc.
Merch artists are expected to create at least two pieces of merch.All contributors should be able to join a discord server for organization purposes during the creation period.The book will be an A5 printed volume with a digital NSFW side zine (with possibility of making it printed).
